I was looking forward to trying this place because I like supporting small business. I had such an unfortunate experience. Upon walking into the cafe there was not a single person in sight and I waited nearly ten minutes for someone to appear - I had considered leaving but figured I was already there and may as well see what happens. They only had ONE employee working the front and the back in the entire cafe; here’s my thing I can put my patience aside for someone and wait but quite frankly I would like to call out the owner for this being UNSAFE. A woman by herself managing an entire store and cash register is not ethical - and this woman is certainly NOT even the owner. I felt so bad for her and I won’t support a business who puts their employees in an unsafe position. I’ve worked for multiple small retail businesses and cafes and the rule is you ALWAYS have two people minimum to prevent something unsafe from happening to your employees. My other issue is the food itself. The quiche I ordered was clearly reheated food, I could barely finish it because it was not good. We stopped into Carole’s Place and were blown away. We shared two pistachio croissants that were absolutely amazing — buttery, light, and perfectly crisp on the outside. I had an iced coffee, my cousin had an iced matcha, and both were great. The two men working behind the counter made the experience even better. They were friendly, attentive, funny, and clearly cared about their customers. I watched regulars walk in and they greeted them by name and took such special care of them. We just bought a place here in Naples, and this is officially a spot we’ll return to every time we’re in town. A wonderful little gem.

Love this bakery and cafe! People are super friendly and the atmosphere is inviting and not too loud so great for a work stop or just a chill place to vibe for a bit. Great cappuccino and croissant 💗

My girlfriend and I stopped by after a workout class, and everything was incredible. The coffee, the food, and the service were all top-tier. We absolutely love French cuisine and have tried several French spots around Naples, but this one is by far the best. I had the best pistachio latte I’ve ever tasted, and every bite of food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The staff were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even better. The owner even came by to chat with us for a bit, which added such a warm, personal touch. She is actually from France! We will absolutely be back, this place is a new favorite for us!

Magnifique! The food was delicious and the staff and owner super friendly! Best Mocha Parisian I’ve had. Highly recommended visiting.
